Maintenance

Here is a porch that had a rotted end beam. There was a double 2x6 that lacked flashing on the finish board. This caused the rot. The porch was repaired and repainted. I added a colonial post to replace the wrought iron corner support. This gives the porch a much more contemporary look for a small cost.

New brick molding was needed here. The previous owners installed this door. It lacked adequate flashing and caused the brick molding to rot.

Tired of the concrete steps in front of their home, these customers wanted a simple, yet nice front porch.
