Among our services we are offering real estate clean outs, repairs, and securing properties for local banks and mortgage holders finding themselves with foreclosed property that needs some help.

While we call this REO it can also pertain to any individual or business needing the services.

We can come in,

Take out the trash.
Change the locks and secure the property.
Clean up of the Interior.
Clean up the Exterior.
Mow the lawn.
Trim the bushes.
Clean up afterwards.
Anything else you may need.
Making the property ready for the next buyer to look over.

Repairs are also available I have the experience to do them. It just seems like a great fit to add these services.
